ore Consulting Firm successfully delivered a dedicated training session on the Economic and Finance (E&F) Subcommittee Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the members of the E&F Subcommittee of the Somaliland House of Representatives.
The session provided committee members with an in-depth understanding of the established procedures, operational guidelines, and policy frameworks contained within the Manual and SOPs, strengthening the committee’s capacity to analyse and scrutinize public budgets and fiscal policies with greater efficiency and accountability.
